In a quiet neighborhood in Phoenix, Arizona, the lives of two men were tragically cut short in early June of 2012. Jorge Garcia, a 34-year-old Hispanic male, and his housemate, Ignacio Barrajas, were found deceased on Monday, June 4, 2012.
