In the late hours of a Sunday evening in Louisville, Kentucky, the sound of five or six gunshots shattered the quiet of a neighborhood near GE's Appliance Park. On September 18, 2016, police were called to the intersection of Rosette Boulevard and Ridgecrest Road around 11:30 p.m. Inside a car, they discovered 25-year-old Piter Perdomo, a Hispanic male, suffering from a gunshot wound. Investigators believe he was alone in the vehicle when he was shot.
