Ronald Fowler, a 50-year-old man, was known by his neighbors as someone who would give the shirt off his back to help others. The night of September 16, 2017, shattered this peace. An altercation erupted at Fowler's home, involving him, 46-year-old Pamela Leonard, and 48-year-old Michael Smith.
