Pamela Leonard, aged 46, tragically lost her life on September 16, 2017, in Mount Washington, Kentucky. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. when Michael Smith, a 48-year-old man from Shepherdsville, drove to the home of Ronald Fowler, aged 50, on Hill Terrace Drive. According to reports, a confrontation ensued, during which Smith fatally shot both Fowler and Leonard.
