In the late autumn of 2017, the life of a young man, Devin La'Tre Fields, was tragically cut short at the age of 21. On Friday, November 10, 2017, in Henderson, Kentucky, Fields was discovered inside a vehicle at the Lawndale Apartments, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
