In the quiet town of Scottsville, Kentucky, the life of 21-year-old Alyssia M. Rodriguez was tragically cut short on a Saturday night in March of 2019. On the evening of March 16th, an unimaginable horror unfolded within the walls of her own home. It was approximately 10:30 p.m. when one or more unknown individuals forced their way into the residence she shared with Charles Hopewell. The intruders, armed with a firearm, shattered the peace of the night by opening fire on the occupants.
