In the winter of 2021, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Scottsville, Kentucky community, ultimately claiming the life of 63-year-old Regina Ray. The tragic events unfolded on the night of December 14th, when law enforcement received a call to investigate a shooting at a residence on Moncrief Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered a grim scene: both Regina Ray and another individual, 27-year-old Christopher Jones, were suffering from gunshot wounds.
