Regina Ray, aged 63, from Scottsville, KY, tragically passed away on December 14, 2021, following a violent incident. On that day, Kentucky State Police responded to a shooting at a residence on Moncrief Street in Scottsville. Upon arrival, they found Regina Ray and Christopher Jones, aged 27, both suffering from gunshot wounds. The initial investigation revealed that Ryan Slaughter, aged 34, had forcibly entered the residence and opened fire, injuring both Ray and Jones.
