On a summer afternoon in southern Kentucky, a dispute between two drivers would end in tragedy. Jack B. Davis Jr., a 40-year-old man from Barbourville, was fatally shot on July 29, 2020, in what officials described as an apparent road rage incident in Corbin, Kentucky. He worked as a coal truck driver and was born on April 9, 1980.
