In the small community of Garrett, Kentucky, a tragic event unfolded on the morning of October 18, 2020, ending the life of 45-year-old Denver Patrick Jr. On that Sunday, at approximately 10:54 A.M., Kentucky State Police Post 13 in Hazard received a distressing call regarding a shooting on Babe Bolen Drive.
