Lazarus Romell Parker, aged 38, was found dead on February 9, 2021, in Lexington, Kentucky. His body was discovered inside a burned car on a farm in Bourbon County. The coroner confirmed that Parker had been shot before being placed in the trunk of the car, which was then set on fire.
