Nubian M. Muhammad, a 24-year-old resident of Louisville, Kentucky, tragically lost his life on September 21, 2021. His death was the result of a double shooting incident that occurred in the Portland neighborhood of Louisville. The shooting was reported around 7 p.m. on that Tuesday evening, specifically in the 1700 block of Bank Street, which is near 15th and Main and Boone Square Park.
