In the small community of Elkhorn City, Kentucky, a domestic dispute escalated into a tragedy that claimed the life of 28-year-old Adam Wayne Cantrell on May 23, 2022. Born in nearby Pikeville, Adam's life was cut short in an altercation with his own brother. The events of that day began with a conflict between Adam's older brother, Cody Cantrell, and their father, which resulted in a visible injury to the father's face.
