On a day that should have been filled with Memorial Day remembrances, the community of Shepherdsville, Kentucky, was rocked by a grim discovery. On May 30, 2022, in the 1700 block of Pitts Point Road, the body of 25-year-old Katelyn Elizabeth Rayman was found. She had sustained fatal gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
