In the early morning hours of July 2, 2022, in Louisville, Kentucky, 13-year-old Allen Gregory Wilson was fatally shot. A student at Noe Middle School, Allen was known for his love of football and basketball and his competitive yet friendly nature. His father, Gregory Wilson, described him as a loving son who never met a stranger.
Louisville Metro Police officers responded to a report of a shooting in the 2200 block of Wilson Avenue in the Park Hill neighborhood at approximately 3:50 a.m.
