In the early morning hours of September 17, 2022, a tragic shooting in Shively, Kentucky, claimed the lives of 28-year-old Shaquila Spratley and 40-year-old Vincent Miller. The incident, which was not a random act of violence, occurred around 6:30 a.m. in the 3200 block of Dixie Highway. A third victim, a woman in her 20s, sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities confirmed that all individuals involved were acquainted with one another.
