On November 13, 2014, 14-year-old Levi Cole Roggenkamp from Bluffton, Minnesota, suffered a tragic accident at his home near Wadena. While playing with a. 38 caliber revolver, the firearm discharged, inflicting a critical gunshot wound to his head. Levi was immediately transported to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, where he succumbed to his injuries the following day, November 14, 2014.
