In September of 2015, Ramona Ann Turner, a 54-year-old female, was tragically killed in her home in the Dayton's Bluff neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota. Her life was cut short on September 17th, when she was fatally shot. The incident was a result of domestic violence, a culmination of a decades-long relationship that had taken a turn towards its end. Just two weeks prior to her death, Ramona had informed her partner of 40 years, John Weisner, that she intended to leave him.
