On October 14, 2015, Tammra Baker, a 44-year-old resident of Rice, Minnesota, was found fatally wounded at the Rockwood Estates Mobile Home Park. Authorities received a call at approximately 1:00 p.m. reporting that a woman needed medical attention for a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, police and paramedics pronounced Tammra Baker dead at the scene. An autopsy was performed, but the official cause and manner of death were still under investigation at the time.
