In the quiet town of Scandia, Minnesota, a tragic event unfolded on November 17, 2017, leading to the death of 65-year-old Melissa Seefert, a White female. Responding to a request for a welfare check at a residence on Olinda Trail North, deputies from the Washington County Sheriff's Office made a grim discovery. Inside the home, they found the bodies of Melissa and her 66-year-old husband, Clarence Seefert.
