Hassan Mohamed Hassan Ibrahim, aged 27, was fatally shot on May 31, 2019, in Burnsville, Minnesota. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1 a.m., in the 13100 block of South Harriet Avenue. Multiple gunshots were reported by residents, prompting Burnsville police and paramedics to respond to the scene.
