Andy Edward Wilcox, aged 42, passed away on August 11, 2019, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Born on April 21, 1977, to Ellward and Kathleen Wilcox in Fairmont, Minnesota, Andy graduated from Fairmont High School and attended Mankato State University. He later moved to South Dakota to be closer to his future wife, Teresa Zomer, whom he married on February 2, 2002. The couple had two daughters, Lucy and Emily.
