In the early hours of a Sunday morning in Minneapolis, the life of Eugene V. Fleming, a 26-year-old Black man, was tragically cut short. On August 30, 2020, near the intersection of 24th Avenue North and Dupont Avenue North, Fleming sustained a fatal gunshot wound to the head. The incident was officially recorded at 12:03 AM.
