On a cold December day in 2021, the quiet community of Kettle River, Minnesota, was shaken by the death of 62-year-old Tracy Ellen Julian. On December 10th, law enforcement officers arrived at the home she shared with her husband, Raymond Arthur Julian, in Kalevala Township, to a grim scene.
