On March 24, 2022, 15-year-old Derryana Deisha Davis was tragically shot and killed in Columbia Heights, a suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The incident occurred at an apartment building located on the 3900 block of 3rd Street NE. Derryana, a student at Columbia Heights Public Schools, was described by friends and family as a bright and intelligent young girl with a promising future ahead of her.
