In a tragic story that began with a routine traffic stop, the life of six-year-old White male, Eli Kenneth Alejo Hart, came to a horrific end on May 20, 2022. Police in Orono, Minnesota, pulled over a car being driven by his mother, Julissa Thaler, because it had a shattered rear window and was missing a tire, riding on its metal rim.
