Richard 'Dick' Broadwell, aged 30, met his end on October 5, 1892, in Coffeyville, Kansas. Broadwell was a member of the notorious Dalton Gang, a group of outlaws infamous for their bank and train robberies. On that fateful day, the gang attempted a daring double bank robbery in Coffeyville, targeting the Condon Bank and the First National Bank simultaneously.
