In the quiet, early hours of a Sunday morning in February 2017, the life of 22-year-old James Rotramel, a Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. The young man from Valley Center, Kansas, who had a passion for the outdoors and a love for racing cars, was fatally shot on February 12, 2017.
