In the quiet Sumner County community, the summer of 2018 was marked by a grim discovery that left residents searching for answers. On a Saturday afternoon, July 7th, the bodies of 36-year-old Toby Farley and a 27-year-old woman, Carrie Ensminger, were found in the 1000 block of East 130th Street, situated northeast of South Haven. The Sumner County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene to unravel the circumstances that led to this tragic event.
