In the early morning hours of Friday, November 2, 2018, the life of 27-year-old Hispanic male, Esteban Arzate, was tragically cut short in Liberal, Kansas. Arzate was brought to the Southwest Medical Center by two unidentified males, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
