In the spring of 2020, the life of 28-year-old Jonathan Martinez was tragically cut short in Arkansas City, Kansas. On the afternoon of April 3rd, police responded to reports of gunfire in the 700 block of North B Street. By the time officers arrived, the individuals involved had already departed the scene.
