In the early morning hours of September 26, 2021, the life of 29-year-old Palmer Scott Thompson, a White/Caucasian male, was tragically cut short in Topeka, Kansas. Firefighters were dispatched to his North Topeka home at 302 N.E. Spruce Lane around 7:30 a.m. to extinguish a blaze that was causing smoke and flames to pour from the front of the single-story house.
