In the early morning hours of June 18, 2022, the life of 28-year-old Hispanic/Latino male Alfredo Campa-Vasquez was tragically cut short in Topeka, Kansas. At approximately 3:12 a.m., police were dispatched to the 700 block of S.E. Branner Street following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Campa-Vasquez suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
