On January 18, 1973, a tragic incident occurred in Washington, D.C., resulting in the death of Rah Uddein, a 10-year-old boy. This event was part of what is known as the 1973 Hanafi Muslim massacre. The massacre took place at a house located at 7700 16th Street NW, which had been purchased for a group of Hanafi Muslims by then Milwaukee Bucks basketball player Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
