Arthur E. Baldwin

In the winter of 2015, Arthur E. Baldwin Jr., a 30-year-old Black male, found his life cut tragically short on a residential street in Southwest Washington, D.C. A uniformed officer with the U.S. Secret Service, Baldwin was on administrative leave facing charges related to a domestic incident when he was fatally shot on the afternoon of December 15th. He had been in court for a hearing related to those charges just hours before his death.
