In the cold of a February evening in Washington, D.C., a young man's life was cut short by gunfire. Twenty-three-year-old Michael Donell Adams was found with a gunshot wound on the night of Friday, February 19, 2016. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. in the 900 block of Eastern Avenue, NE.
