In the early hours of a Wednesday morning in Washington, D.C., a story of a life turned around came to a tragic and abrupt end. Eric Weaver Jr., a 30-year-old man, was left at Prince George's County Hospital Center with a gunshot wound on March 27, 2019. The individuals who brought him to the hospital did not stay, fleeing the scene and leaving a mystery in their wake. A short time later, Weaver Jr. succumbed to his injuries, his death sparking a police investigation into the fatal shooting.
