In the early afternoon of March 21, 2020, the life of 38-year-old Damaris Lindsey of Washington D.C. was tragically cut short. At approximately 12:20 p.m., patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting on northbound Interstate 295, near the exit for eastbound Route 50 in Cheverly, Maryland.
