In the summer of 2022, the life of 27-year-old Israel Harrison, a resident of Washington, D.C. known to some as 'Lil IS,' was tragically cut short. On June 18th of that year, Harrison was found with multiple gunshot wounds, the victim of a violent encounter that would soon become a homicide investigation for the Metropolitan Police Department.
