In a tragic and violent outburst on a busy freeway off-ramp in Sparks, Nevada, 49-year-old Anthony S. Minetto Sr., a White male, lost his life on January 27, 1997. A federal immigration agent since 1988, Minetto was involved in a minor traffic collision that quickly escalated into a fatal encounter. The incident began after Minetto's vehicle rear-ended a Volkswagen Beetle driven by James Dennis Brown II, a 35-year-old carpenter from Cold Springs.
