In the cold early morning hours of January 29, 2018, Brian Wayne Clegg, a 51-year-old Caucasian man, was tragically killed in Las Vegas, Nevada. Clegg, who was homeless, was shot multiple times while he slept outside the Rancho Discount Mall on West Washington Avenue.
