In the cold early morning hours of January 29, 2018, Brian Wayne Clegg, a 51-year-old Caucasian man, was tragically killed in Las Vegas, Nevada. Clegg, who was homeless, was shot multiple times while he slept outside the Rancho Discount Mall on West Washington Avenue. Two other people sleeping near him were unharmed and alerted the police after hearing the gunshots and fleeing the immediate area.
