In the winter of 2018, the life of Martell T. Williams, a 25-year-old Black/African American man, was tragically cut short in Las Vegas, Nevada. On the evening of January 31st, Williams was at the Enclaves apartment complex located at 8455 W. Sahara Ave. for what authorities later described as a narcotics-related transaction.
