On March 25, 2022, Natalie Manduley, a 24-year-old resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, was fatally shot during a home invasion and armed robbery at a residence in the 6400 block of Bright Nimbus Avenue, near South Torrey Pines Drive and West Robindale Road. The incident involved a group of four suspects, including three men and one woman, who broke into the home at approximately 2:10 p.m.

The robbery was targeted, as the boyfriend of the victim, who lived in the house along with another woman, was known for selling high-end jewelry on Instagram. During the robbery, the suspects demanded money from the occupants. A surviving female victim was forced into a closet at gunpoint and repeatedly questioned about the contents of a safe. A gun battle ensued between Manduley and the assailants, resulting in Manduley's death in a bedroom. Police found 26 different cartridge cases at the scene, indicating the intensity of the shootout.

The boyfriend of the victim reported that $5,000 in cash was stolen during the robbery. He had been out at the store at the time of the incident and returned home to find the assailants leaving the scene in a white Mercedes-Benz. He followed them and intentionally crashed his car into the back of the Mercedes, causing it to crash into a wall near the house. The driver of the Mercedes then exited the vehicle and fired several shots at the boyfriend.

One of the suspects, 18-year-old Kamari Oliver, a high school student in the Clark County School District, was arrested on March 28, 2022, at his school. Oliver was charged with murder, robbery, burglary, and kidnapping. His arrest was facilitated by the discovery of his school homework, including a Chromebook and a notebook with his name and class period written on it, found in the Mercedes used in the getaway. Oliver had an unexcused absence for the last two periods of school on the day of the killing and had visible injuries, which he attributed to a fight at a party. However, police surveillance video showed Oliver disposing of a handgun near the crime scene, and a witness reported giving Oliver a ride from the area shortly after the homicide, during which Oliver claimed he had been beaten up in a fight.

In addition to Oliver, two other suspects, Michael Overton and Christine Schultz, were identified and taken into custody in Florida. They were later extradited to Las Vegas to face charges related to the deadly home robbery.

A fourth suspect, identified as Smith, was also arrested in connection with the crime. This arrest was announced on November 18, 2022, by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, bringing the total number of suspects in custody to four.

The investigation revealed that the female suspect, Christine Schultz, was known to the victims and had socialized at the house the day prior to the robbery. This connection suggests a level of premeditation and familiarity with the victims and their residence.

The case remains under investigation, with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and other law enforcement agencies working to piece together the events surrounding the deadly home robbery and the murder of Natalie Manduley.
