On April 20, 2022, a tragic incident occurred in a residence near 700 Spring Creek Parkway in Elko, Nevada, resulting in the deaths of 44-year-old Cassandra Banuelos and 53-year-old Ruben Banuelos. The event unfolded when the couple's two children ran to a neighbor's house, reporting that their mother had been shot.
