On December 1, 1993, the body of Thomas Grant was discovered by officers in Lakewood, Colorado. A 25-year-old Black male, Grant was found at 200 S. Kipling after authorities received a report of a possible body at that location. An investigation revealed that he had died from a gunshot wound to the head.
