In the early hours of a Tuesday in Pueblo, Colorado, the quiet of the 2100 block of Cedar Street was shattered by the sound of gunfire. It was just before 2 a.m. on April 8, 2014, when a dispute escalated into deadly violence. Responding to the reports of a shooting, police arrived to find a tragic scene.
