In the winter of 2016, a young man's life was tragically cut short in what would become the first homicide of the year for Pueblo, Colorado. Chuck Quintana-Ortega, a 21-year-old male, was at the Casa Del Sol apartments on Constitution Road on February 6th when a dispute escalated to fatal violence.
