In the late afternoon of April 21, 2017, the life of 19-year-old Zeandre Davonne Beverly, a Black male, was tragically cut short in an act of violence that continues to await resolution. Emergency services in Aurora, Colorado, received a report of a shooting at approximately 3:59 p.m. and were dispatched to a garden-level apartment located at 11320 East 16th Avenue.
