In the quiet early morning hours of April 26, 2019, the life of 58-year-old Willie Carr was brought to a violent and tragic end inside his own home. An intruder, later identified as John Tyler Blue, forced his way into the residence, shattering the peace of the sleeping household. The armed man confronted Carr, demanding money from a recent auto accident settlement.
