John Robert Tomlin, a 17-year-old student, was one of the victims of the Columbine High School massacre that occurred on April 20, 1999, in Littleton, Colorado. Tomlin was born on September 1, 1982, in Waterford, Racine County, Wisconsin, and at the time of his death, he was a student at Columbine High School.
