In the summer of 2019, a tragic act of domestic violence claimed the life of 42-year-old Tia Bivins, a female resident of Denver, Colorado. On July 18th, inside her home on the 3200 block of North Dexter Street, Tia was fatally shot. The perpetrator was her own husband, Phillip Bivins, who was 45 years old at the time of the incident.
